Details:

I have identified shortage of nursing staff as my work problem. Nurse are not paid well when compared with their counterparts in private sector, hence they do not last with gov organizations. I work with the health and human Services Commission, under Long term care regulatory services division .Do not use a hospital section pls. Because our state agency is short on nurses, we are unable to timely completes assignments that require nursing skills and judgement.
