How does police corruption in one jurisdiction effect public opinion throughout an entire region (example one of the law enforcement agencies in Washoe County has a corruption issue and how does it effect the public’s opinion regarding the other agencies in the County?). If you were a Sheriff/Police Chief what steps would you use to monitor and identify any corruption in your agency?
