Class–Many start-up businesses fail to clearly define their vision statements, however, still seem to find some success. For example, I have experience in the building of new homes…my father is a building contractor and has been in business for 30+ years. While he doesn’t openly discuss/publish a vision statement, his name is synonymous with a quality built home. This leads me to my question…can a small business have an “implied” vision statement that somehow leads to satisfied customers and financial success? I look forward to hearing your thoughts!
