Use the modified spreadsheet that you submitted in Module 03 for this deliverable. (attached below)

Examine the fields in the spreadsheet. Classify, sort, or group the data in a way that the outliers become apparent. An example would be to sort by the total cancellations. Keep all data, but highlight the sales consultants that are outliers. Submit the newly modified spreadsheet.

In a one page paper, APA formatted with references and citations, you will analyze the data for trends that span over the course of the entire data set. Identify sales consultants that indicate a progression towards noncompliance. Explain why you have identified them.

ANox Pharmaceuticals has carefully elaborated the target and restrictions for its sales consultants through the ANox Pharmaceutics Sales Consultant Selling Practices

These restrictions are boundaries in sales requirements per client and on a quarterly basis

There are no restrictions on the maximum sales contracts per quarter, but there is a minimum requirement of 3 sales contracts per quarter

each contract between ANox Pharmaceuticals and its client is restricted to:

A minimum sales amount of $500.00 per contract and, A maximum sales amount of $10,000.00 per contract.

Guidelines in case of excess cancellations are outlined in section 1006 of the requirements which read:

Sales consultants with excess sales cancellations may be placed on suspension to receive re training. Excess sales cancellations are determined on a case by case basis by the regional manager.

It stipulates that a sales consultant who suffers excess cancellations is subject to suspension pending re training.
