Draft Literature Review

For my capstone project the research question is will pose “the role that community law enforcement plays in urban areas and how community law enforcement agencies promotes ethnic and racial discrimination in the urban societies based on how they provide services” write a 10 page draft literature review about your research topic. The literature review should include a minimum of 20–25 relevant scholarly articles, research reports, and/or other academic sources. Be sure to follow the literature review guidelines provided in the Machi and McEvoy text.
