1.There are many ways to communicate a Go Green campaign.  One way to communicate would be through town hall meetings.  Town hall meetings can inform employees about upcoming campaign plans. This is a great way to pass along information while allowing employees to ask important questions.  Do you feel town hall meetings are informative and effective?  Why or why not?

2.Change fears can be a barrier when implementing a sustainable business plan.  Many times employees may think change will bring job loss. They may have justification because many corporations outsource jobs.  This can cause fear and uncertainty.  It can also affect employee morale.
