Performance Evaluation Assignment

This assignment marks the final component of the term project. You must now design a performance evaluation document for the job for which you previously wrote a job description, recruitment and selection plan, interview questions and an offer letter. Be sure to not only create the evaluation questions/scales, but the form itself.

In other words, what form would you give to a manager and/or the employee if you were the HR director initiating the performance review process? In addition, you should consider creating a form that will provide the manager developmental information and opportunities.
