Pollution greatly affects the environment. Many policies have been proposed to control pollution. Choose two policies: pollution tax and cap and trade (tradable pollution permits). Explain how they work and present your view on which one works best for the United States in three or four pages. You can use any sources but make sure to identify it and write in your own words.
