Population Specific Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Paper – Draft 1

I have completely misunderstood this cumulative assignment and chose a different topic for a vulnerable population every week. 

The topic I am to continue with is the ELDERLY 

 

The professor, has allowed me to go forward but suggested I refer to another students work as examples of assignments for week 3 and 4

“The main thing at this point is to stick to the topic you have been discussing, which is the elderly, correct?  Pick about 3 things affecting the elderly and what plan you propose to help with those 3 topics.  Your classmate, Cxxxxx Axxxxx, also chose the elderly…I would suggest reading through her posts from week 3 and week 4 to get an idea of how things should be flowing”
