Project metrics and measurement.

You covered many elements of monitoring and controlling projects this term. As the course comes to a close, it is important to understand the role of metrics in relation to project status, and ultimately terminating or closing the project. For this forum, discuss how you can effectively use metrics and dashboards for project closeout. Consider relating personal/professional experience in preparing your post.
