Project metrics and measurement.

You covered many elements of monitoring and controlling projects this term. As the course comes to a close, it is important to understand the role of metrics in relation to project status, and ultimately terminating or closing the project. Support your statements and conclusions using at least one of this week’s recommended readings and one outside reference (a peer-reviewed scholarly article published in the last five years, references not to include required or recommended reading assignments, or the textbook).
