Evaluate the company’s strategic goals and determine if these goals are a good fit for this organization. To do this you need to evaluate the company’s strategic decision making considering internal and external factors. This is otherwise know as a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis. Strengths and Weaknesses are internal to the company. What do they do well and what competitive advantages do they have? Conversely, where are they lacking and how is this hurting them?
Note- all I need is the strengths and weaknesses. This is a group project so someone else is doing the otherd.
