Sociology of Sex and Gender

students are required to write a research paper on a topic related to the course content. This paper can either be an analysis of empirical data or a review/critique of extant research on an appropriate topic. Please write a proposal of the paper which clearly defines the specific aims of the project. The proposal should include a working title and at least five reference to relevant scholarly research. On the last day of class, students will give a brief presentation about their paper.
