this is a group work, my part is :
- What is the retailer’s competitive advantage? How are they positioned in the market?
- Conduct a competitive analysis. Who are the retailer’s direct competitors? How are they positioned in the market? Indirect competitors?
- Conduct a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis.
- Conduct a situation analysis to identify changes and trends that are occurring in the external environment including: political, economic, socio-culture, technological and regulatory.
