Executive Summary and Plan

Your executive leadership team has identified that a new legal, compliance or internal policy requirement has occurred. Review the full scenario provided. You are responsible for making a change to the existing Incident Response plan based upon this change. You will review the current plan you have and address the areas that need to be revamped to ensure that you and your team can provide new requirements that address the changes and enhance the security posture of the organization. These changes focus on your security countermeasures (not to be confused with “prevention” methods) whether they are people, processes, or technology or some combination of all three.
