One of the topics we will discuss in the course is resistance to consumer culture. The purpose of this assignment is to give you an opportunity to imagine some form of resistance. This is a creative assignment. You are to develop a meme that expresses resistance to consumer culture that would constitute an act of rebellion against consumer culture (a culture jam).
