You continue to be employed with this employer as the newly hired top HR professional. Research the organization as you respond to the following:

Discuss the importance of an organization knowing what to measure in its HRM program. Discuss what best employers might measure and analyze as compared to an organization in the worst category (such as your SLP employer). What changes do you recommend for your SLP organization to go from “worst” to middle ground (or even “best”) on the Fortune list? Would you recommend that your employer study its HRM’s impact on the overall business? Why?

How would you determine the return on investment (ROI) of a major HRM program—for example an employee incentive program. Insert numbers (fictitious but realistic) to make your example meaningful.
