Analysis of the Governance Structure for an International Corporation
This week you will work with your group that was assigned to you in week 1.
Together, choose a country with a different governance model from the United States and provide a detailed analysis of its governance structure. Compare and contrast that governance model with the model used in the United States. What do you see as the pros and cons of each type of governance model? Create a hybrid model that might lead to more effective governance.
