  3. Conclusion: Summarize the major points or take-aways of the talk. Summarize potential weaknesses (if any) in findings. (1pt)
  4. Delivery: Speak clearly and at an understandable pace. Maintain eye contact with audience. Do not read from notes. Well rehearsed. Be able to answer questions professionally. (1pt)
  5. Visual: Graphs/figures are clear and understandable. The text is readable and clear. Audio/Visual components (not recommended) support the main points of the talk. Appropriate referencing of data. (1pt)
