Vital signs

Do an article review relate to vital signs and present a brief summary. The article related have to be no more than 5 years old.

 

Vital signs: blood pressure, pulse (all the pulses and specific locations) respiration, temperature, and pain as the fifth viral sign.

 

-Explain what each vital sign is.

-Explain how to measure each vitals

-In what parts of the body you check the vitals. how many different ways there is to do it. For example: temperature can be measured oral, anal, etc.

-Normal range for adults, adolescents, preschoolers, toddlers, infants. For example: respiration normal range for an adult is 12-20

-Mention the adequate instruments to measure each vitals
