Create Passage Plan

Passage Planning is a procedure to develop a complete description of a vessel’s voyage from start to finish. The plan includes leaving the dock and harbor area, then route portion of a voyage, approaching the destination, and mooring. The purpose of the plan is to ensure that the ship is following safe route and arriving destination in shorter distance.

You’ll see two files has been attached. The first one is “Outcome 2” and “Outcome 4”, read the givens for both of them.

– Write 500 words for Outcome 2.
